The Sagittaire Grand Bécassier Mordorée is designed for hunters who find the pursuit of woodcock a poetic experience, and its light weight is enhanced by the absence of sighting and intermediate bands. Weighing in at just 2.4 kg, it's easy to handle and perfectly suited to the fast, instinctive shooting typical of woodcock hunting.

The barrels feature a rare Verney-Carron process: cold hammering. The steel is compressed around a mandrel, giving the barrel remarkable strength, regularity and precision, and guaranteeing perfect sheaf homogeneity. Its 60 cm barrels, the bottom of which is scratched during hammering and has no chokes, guarantee rapid sheaf opening.

Engraved with a pair of flying woodcock, the rocker expresses all the finesse of this weapon. The walnut woods, sanded and oiled, are enhanced by an aluminum cap engraved with painter's feathers, the mythical symbol of hunting enthusiasts.
