For weapons in category C (i.e., Flash-Ball), the declaration may be accompanied by the medical certificate referred to in Article L.312-6 of the Internal Security Code, placed in a sealed envelope, dated less than one month ago, certifying that the physical and mental health of the declarant is not incompatible with their possession.
